VentureSpur co-founder and Managing Director, Kraettli L. Epperson, will be judging the Riata Center Business Plan Competition next Friday, April 20th, at the Oklahoma State University’s Riata Center for Entrepreneurship.

The competition is in its 3rd year and looks to be hosting a very promising group of companies.

From the competition website:

The 2012 Riata Business Plan Competition is now underway at Oklahoma State University! With the lure of over $40,000 in prize money, we received nearly 70 entries this year. The teams are now diligently working to finish the initial drafts of their business plans, and they need your help!   Based on the strength of their written plans, the field of competitors will be narrowed in early April to the Sweet Sixteen who will then present their plans to a group of people like you—accomplished entrepreneurs, business owners, lawyers, accountants, bankers and other professionals who desire to help make this experience as valuable as possible for these ambitious students.
