We are pleased to announce that RedKatalyst Consulting president and founder, Katherine “Kat” Nelson, will be joining the VentureSpur mentor roster this year!

Kat’s consulting firm, RedKatalyst, helps businesses conquer their challenges and optimize operations, launch new products and services, prepare to raise capital and uncover new value.

She began her career while still in college, working as an auditor and eventually expanding beyond finance into business operations.

Previous to starting her own consulting firm, Kat was a senior executive at Obtiva, an independent software development company which was acquired by Groupon in 2011. See what TechCrunch had to say about the acquisition here.
