The HAUL Company Inks Deal for All of Mark Cuban’s Shark Tank Products
The HAUL Company, a 2013 VentureSpur accelerator graduate, has signed a deal to handle marketing and sales for all of the products that the Mark Cuban Companies have invested in through the popular television show, Shark Tank.
The HAUL Company was founded by Alex Muse, Robert Bennett and Molly Cain in Dallas in January. The company provides a marketplace to connect products and services seeking marketing to online video product reviewers – HAULers – who have a large number of followers and viewers.
The HAUL Company and the HAULers receive a revenue share on the sale of products distributed through the video and ecommerce channels provided by the startup’s marketplace.
Current products from the Mark Cuban Companies in the pipeline include the KaZAAM balance bicycle aimed at 3- to 6-year-olds, KissTixx, a lip balm that creates a chemical reaction when two wearers kiss, and LollaLand LollaCup, a sippy cup for infants and toddlers.
According to online reports, billionaire Mark Cuban has invested about $7.3 million in 35 companies through Shark Tank.
