Lunch Event: “Term Sheets” – Tuesday, May 8th, 11:30 to 1PM

We will be having a Lunch and Learn presentation from VentureSpur co-founder and startup mentor Gabe Bass about how to understand and negotiate a venture capital term sheet.

Join us on Tuesday, May 8th, from 11:30 to 1pm to learn about term sheets.

Term sheets are the the bullet-point documents used by venture capitalists and other investors to lay out the financial, legal, management, operational and governance terms on which they will agree to invest in a company.

Understanding and being able to confidently negotiate a term sheet is vital to any entrepreneur who intends to raise outside capital for their company. Knowing the basics before the term sheet arrives is critical to fund-raising success.

RSVP HERE. Lunch is free.

Gabe Bass is a co-founder of VentureSpur, Managing Partner of Bass Law in Oklahoma City, and incoming President of the Entrepreneur’s Organization of Oklahoma for 2013-2014.
