Judging the Rice Business Plan Competition

I’ll be judging the Rice Business Plan Competition again this year. It is always a great competition and is the richest business plan competition in the world at $1.5M in prizes.

If you’re interested in innovative technology, top-tier national and international startups, and having your mind stretched by learning a lot in a short period of time, you should attend!

The Rice Business Plan Competition is the world’s richest and largest graduate-level student startup competition. It is hosted and organized by the Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship, which is Rice University’s internationally-recognized initiative devoted to the support of entrepreneurship, and the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business.

This blog is dedicated to providing advice, tools and encouragement from one entrepreneur to another. I want to keep this practical and accessible for the new entrepreneur while also providing enough sophistication and depth to prove useful to the successful serial entrepreneur. My target rests somewhere between the garage and the board room, where the work gets done and the hockey stick emerges.
